Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with any included accessories (such as the link-removal tool and papers).

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges (such as Express shipping) are not refundable.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the watch arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Warranty

After the 30-day return window, every watch is still covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different watch is to return the one you have and place a new order.
